IMPORTANT: ConnectivaHub is an independent third-party service assistance startup, launched in 2026, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any cable, internet, or streaming service provider. We do not sell internet or cable services. We charge separate service/assistance fees.
1. Refund Window
ConnectivaHub offers a conditional refund policy for our independent assistance services. Refund requests can be submitted within 7 to 15 days of service purchase, depending on the type of assistance provided.
2. Refund Eligibility
Eligibility for refunds depends on:
- Service type - Different assistance services have different refund windows
- Whether assistance has already been delivered - Services already rendered may not be eligible
- Nature of the issue - Some technical issues are beyond our scope
- Customer cooperation - Following our guidance recommendations is required
3. Service Categories & Refund Windows
- Initial Guidance Call (7 days): Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days if you are unsatisfied with the guidance providedafter the first consultation.
- Extended Support Package (15 days): Multi-session packages allow refund requests within 15 days of initial purchase.
- One-Time Assistance (10 days): Single-session problem-solving assistance allows refunds within 10 days.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service within the applicable refund window (7-15 days, depending on service type)
- Provide your account number and service date
- Explain your reason for the refund request
- Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request

5. Processing Refunds
- Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days of approval
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time for refund to appear varies by your financial institution (typically 5-7 business days)
- You will receive confirmation email when refund is processed
6. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
The following situations do not qualify for refunds:
- Request submitted outside the 7-15 day window for your service type
- Customer did not follow guidance or recommendations provided
- Issue was caused by factors outside our scope (ISP outages, service provider failures, equipment malfunction)
- Services already fully delivered and assistance completed
- Customer misrepresented or provided false information
- Issues requiring direct provider intervention (we provide guidance only)
Important Note: As an independent third-party assistance provider, we cannot guarantee resolution of all technical issues. Some problems require direct contact with your internet or cable service provider.
7. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or service credits as an alternative to full refunds. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
8. Non-Guaranteed Assistance
Disclaimer: ConnectivaHub provides guidance and informational assistance only. We do not guarantee resolution of technical issues, as many factors are beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Service provider infrastructure or outages
- Equipment defects or hardware failures
- Customer's specific network configuration
- Local connectivity infrastructure limitations
9. Changes to Refund Policy
ConnectivaHub reserves the right to modify this refund policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Refunds requested before the change date follow the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
